Return Policy

 

Our return policy is for 30 days after material is received.  Returns are ONLY accepted AFTER the test panel.  We offer a return of full cost minus shipping as long as you use the product as directed. If the customer does not follow our usage directions, they can return the material with a return authorization from us for up to 30 days.  No returns after 30 days.  Any returns after 30 days are subject to the approval of management and are handled on a case by case basis.  No returns without an RMA number will be accepted.  You must sign an agreement that you will be satisfied with a return payment minus shipping costs both ways. No returns after 30 days. This policy supersedes any warranties. If return policy is not signed and emailed back, the return policy becomes null and void and no returns will be accepted.
